Meet The Team

Justin Levy is the founder and managing partner of Scarlet Capital Partners, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage and capital markets advisory firm representing property owners across the New York-Metro and Long Island regions. Justin leads investment sales and is personally involved in all facets of every transaction.

Justin is admitted to practice law in New York and spent years training as a tax attorney, advising on M&A and private equity deals during his time at Deloitte Tax LLP in Manhattan prior to transitioning to commercial real estate full-time. Prior to forming SCP, Justin was a director at Rosewood Realty Group's New York Investment Sales Division, where he was responsible for sourcing $105,000,000 of exclusive opportunities and brought more than 40 individual properties to the market at record-pace, many of which being high-profile properties at a scope matching the foremost national and institutional firms rarely accessed by boutique firms.

 Additionally, Justin has 10 years of experience acquiring and managing commercial real estate properties located throughout Brooklyn and Long Island, and has held various managerial and business development roles with his family’s food manufacturing and retail businesses. Justin earned a B.S. in Real Estate at the Schack Institute of Real Estate at NYU, a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU School of Law.
